Items must be in the original condition: unwashed and unworn. Even if we accept the return/exchange, if the item(s) is not in its original condition, we will send the item(s) back to you, and your request will be denied.

You are responsible for returning shipping charges, unless we sent incorrect items; in this case, we will provide a return label for you to return the item(s).

HOW SOON WILL MY RETURN/EXCHANGE BE PROCESSED?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange.
In cases of approval, and a refund is merited, a credit will be automatically applied in the form of the original method of payment, within 5 business days.
In cases of approval, and an exchange is merited, once we receive your package, we will initiate the new order request (other item(s); size; print, etc.). When we send the exchanged item(s), we will send you a new shipping confirmation email. The exchange process may take 7-12 business days from the day we receive the item(s).
